Design

The design of the Lenovo Chromebook Flex 5 is great and of high quality. Because it is composed of plastic, it is thin, light, and fashionable. With dimensions of 310mm x 214mm x 17mm and a weight of 1.35 kg, this 2-in-1 laptop is relatively small and lightweight.

This laptop may also be transformed to a tablet, tent, stand, or laptop mode thanks to the 360° movable hinge. In the upper left corner of the laptop is a sleek plastic cover with a silver Lenovo logo.

When the lid is opened, it reveals a 13.3-inch display screen protected by a glass layer with a thin bezel on the sides, a somewhat thicker bezel at the top, and a massive bezel at the bottom. The 720p webcam with a built-in privacy shutter is also housed in the top bezel. A pair of front-facing stereo speakers provide an immersive music experience.

The full-size backlit keyboard, which is intended for comfort and typing accuracy, is likewise housed in the basic chassis. With broad, curved keycaps and a comfortable 1.4 mm key travel distance for improved typing comfort, this keyboard is also spill-resistant.
