New press renders of the Motorola Edge 20 Pro have surfaced online, revealing its stunning design. The Geekbench listing for Motorola’s much-anticipated phone exposed key specifications earlier this week. New press renders have now revealed the external appearance of the impending smartphone.
The corporation is preparing to introduce three products that have previously been seen on the internet. Motorola stated on Monday that a launch event will take place on August 5 in China. During the event, the phone maker will unveil its much-anticipated Edge 20 series of phones. The Edge 20, as well as its Pro edition, could be unveiled during the forthcoming event.
RENDERS FOR MOTOROLA EDGE 20 PRO PRESS
The event will take place next month, as previously said. However, Evan Blass, a well-known leaker, has posted a series of official-looking mockups of the Edge 20 Pro on social media. According to the leaked render, unlike its predecessors, the Edge and Edge+ series of phones, the Edge 20 Pro will not have a curved edge screen starting in 2020. Instead, it sports an OLED display with a punch-hole in the middle and an in-screen fingerprint reader.
A button on the left side, according to GSM Arena, might be used to summon the Google Assistant. A square-shaped camera is situated at the top of the rear-mounted camera module, coupled with an LED flash and a couple of lenses. According to the writing on the camera configuration, it has a 108MP primary camera. In addition, the smartphone will reportedly be available in white, black, and blue colours.
SPECIFICATIONS
The Edge 20 Pro features a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display with a high FHD+ resolution. Under the hood, there’s a Snapdragon 870 processor with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM. The phone will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery. The phone will come in a variety of storage options, including 256GB and 128GB. It includes a 32MP selfie camera on the front.
