Final Android O Developer Preview Release Is Near!

Google announced that it has released the final version of the Android O Developer Preview, and the Public Beta for the same is nearly ready.

Google’s blog post on the Android Developers’ site mentions “Android O coming soon”, and it will apparently be released later this summer.

The latest preview hasn’t added any new features to Android O, but Google did mention it to be more of a stability update, as the company prepares for a stable release for consumers soon.

It remains to be seen what Android O is named. Our best bet is Android Oreo, but the latest easter egg (an Octopus) from Google is confusing everyone.
