Nintendo at Gamescom 2017: 3 Best Announcements

Gamescom 2017 is underway in Cologne, Germany, and Nintendo recently made a few announcements as well. The company made a slew of announcements regarding additions to games, new consoles and what have you.

3 Best Announcements from Nintendo:

SNES Classic’s Rewind Feature: Nintendo’s SNES Classic (coming next month) has a great new rewind feature that allows players to rewind gameplay to get a second chance at something they missed (like a bonus object, or something).

Gets a New Fighter: Nintendo’s character based fighting game “Arms” now has a new character with the name of Lola Pop. The character is designed to look like a balloon clown.

Splatoon 2 Gets Two New Stages: The third person shooter now has two new stages, which were shown off at Gamescom in a video.

Nintendo also announced a SNES themed 3DS XL console at Gamescom, along with the news that pre-orders for the SNES Classic are also going live today itself.
