JUST IN: REDMI IS ABOUT TO LUNCH ITS OWN USER INTERFACE

In January 2019, the countdown to Redmi’s demise as a standalone sub-brand began. In actuality, no one was likely to entirely separate themselves from Xiaomi; the firms maintain strong relations, and sales figures for both names are combined.

However, there are certain conditions that must be met before Redmi may be said to have additional personality traits.

The discrepancies will be found in the software. MIUI will offer a number of different and unique features for Redmi devices, according to the famed insider Digital Chat Station.

It is unclear when we will be able to observe certain changes in the firmware of Redmi handsets. Perhaps the project is only getting started, and putting the concepts into action will take some time. It’s probable that some work has already been completed, and with the release of MIUI 13, visual changes will become apparent, as will details exclusive to the Redmi brand.

XIAOMI HAS RELEASED THE MIUI BETA VERSION BASED ON ANDROID 12

Google has published a stable version of Android 12. Unlike previous years, the new version of the green robot did not arrive first on Pixel smartphones. OnePlus, with its flagships, the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro, and Xiaomi were among the first to begin testing Android 12. The latter has officially announced the release of the first beta version of MIUI based on Android 12 on its Twitter and Weibo accounts.

Xiaomi Mi 11, Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, and Xiaomi Mi 11i customers will be among the first to try it. The Redmi K40 series of smartphones were also among the early adopters, although only the Pro models were included; the line’s base model was left out.

It is unknown how long the beta testing phase will last. Only once the business has worked out all of the flaws will it be able to release a stable version of MIUI based on Android 12. It’s important to remember that beta versions frequently have a big number of flaws. You must do so at your own risk and peril. Users should be aware of this and avoid experimenting with beta builds if they are not prepared for such tests.
