Meta launches Business Coach tool on WhatsApp to help SMBs

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Meta today announced the debut of Facebook Business Coach, an innovative and easy-to-use tool for SMB owners in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and other English-speaking countries to learn more about how to expand their business online with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

The Facebook Business Coach, which is available on WhatsApp, is a low-cost educational chatbot service that users may connect within a straightforward, conversational, and convenient manner. SMBs have access to self-paced, automated instruction on how to build a presence in today’s rapidly changing digital market.

It offers step-by-step courses and tutorials, as well as useful infographics, videos, and audio clips, as a free curricular platform. Learning materials are suggested depending on the user’s requirements and questions, with a menu choice to traverse the curriculum. While the WhatsApp bot makes it simple for SMBs to learn the basics, Meta Blueprint courses provide more in-depth instruction and allow users to become fully certified.

The information was intended to help business owners with a variety of issues, including how to create eye-catching business pages on Facebook and Instagram, as well as how to connect efficiently with clients using Messenger and WhatsApp.

At Meta, we’re committed to providing African SMBs with the tools they need to succeed online. They are the backbone of the African economy and the engines of growth, as we all know. We hope that the Facebook Business Coach will be their companion on this journey, providing them with the training they require via their mobile phones.”

Any individual can use the Facebook Company Coach instructional tool on WhatsApp, which is one of the ways Meta delivers opportunities for education and business growth through its platforms.
